LOWER AB CIRCUIT

When it comes to working out, I like to change up my routine daily. However, there are a few exercises that I'll incorporate into every workout. I love wrapping up my workouts with an ab circuit. However, if you're likely to skip out on them towards the end of your workout, try knocking them out first thing.
The circuit below is one I've been doing a lot lately because I always feel it working the next day. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second break before moving onto the next move. Repeat circuit 2-3 times.
1. Bicycles

2. Corkscrew


3. Cross over crunch (knees bent
in air at 90 degree angle)

4. Jackknife crossover
